The restaurant offers a choice of Half or Full-board, which I took advantage of after a long day on the bike. For dinner, I indulged in beautifully prepared sea bass, expertly crafted by the talented chefs, who take pride in incorporating fresh local and Adriatic seafood into their dishes. The ambiance was relaxing, perfect after an exhausting ride. The kitchen also catered to packed lunches, so I could take local treats on my rides. A notable highlight was the local cheeses, particularly the Montasio, which paired excellently with my meal. I left feeling satisfied, with a newfound appreciation for Carnia's culinary delights.
